This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the room was stunning and equipped with exclusive facilities. the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to soak up the sun and relax on the comfortable sun loungers. the restaurant's fine dining was exquisite and the in-room breakfast was delightful.
the garden area is beautiful and provides a peaceful and serene ambiance.

Spent Christmas at a charming hotel with excellent service. The architecture created a cultural atmosphere, and the delicious food was freshly made. Central courtyard is well-maintained, and attentive staff gave us personal attention. Location was peaceful and private.
The pool and other amenities were small and limited. The room we received was slightly cramped, but all necessities were in place, so this was not a significant issue.

Staying close to the Paseo de Montejo boulevard proves great at Casa Azul. the central plaza is also easily reached on foot. the hotel boasts a very pretty garden with a fountain that creates a peaceful atmosphere. the room and bathroom are stunning - high ceilings, good lighting, and beautifully furnished with antique pieces. the breakfast spread is amazing with many delicious dishes to choose from. the staff is attentive and extremely helpful. An impressive range of facilities including a sweet swimming pool and a jacuzzi in-room add to the luxury experience.
The hotel is a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the market.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were great. I particularly enjoyed the location by a very pretty inner garden with a fountain quietly tinkling. It was also convenient to get to the famous Paseo de Montejo boulevard, shopping galleries, and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

This beautiful converted mansion gave me an authentic colonial experience. the peaceful outdoor pool provided a relaxing retreat. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the local area.
The traffic noise in the room was quite loud at night, even with the air conditioning on. the walk to the main plaza was not very attractive.
